Go to VLDB properties from Report > Data.
Within VLDB properties window, go to Tools > Create VLDB Settings Report.
Select 'Show Descriptions of Setting Values' and 'Do not show settings with default values' options.
Resulting report is a list of all non-default VLDB properties.
